Boost it and drive it HARD.

Its much better to drive it like a speed demon becuase it will shape the rings better.

you can break it in n/a, i did and mines fine.

read this:
http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

this is a quick rundown of how i broke my gsr in after a turbo build

1. warm motor up completely
2. run hard through gears 2, 3, 4. short bursts of hard acceleration and deceleration. let the motor (vacuum) slow you down, dont use brakes. do this for 20 miles.
3. change oil (NO SYNTHETIC for 1500 miles). get out all of the contaminents from break in.
4. you want about 200 miles or so of this kind of driving (step 2) driving a steady speed on the highway will not help seat the piston rings (the whole goal of good motor break in. good seal - reduce blow by).
5. break in will be complete after about 1000 total miles

running it hard? that doesnt make any sense. when u see 1989 honda accord with 300,000 miles, it isnt because the original owner beat the f**k out of it for the first 5000 miles. in fact, i'd bet he/she babied it...makes sesne.
