engine cranks but no start

My daughters 94 civic will crank but will not start. I've checked the plugs, got spark on all 4. Pulled the igniter and took it to orilleys they tested it and showed that it failed, so I bought a new one installed it. Still no start. There is fuel pressure at the banjo bolt on the injector rail and I can hear the fuel pump turn on to pressurize the system. Any ideas of where to go from here?

Have you checked for service codes?
Was any repair or maintenance recently performed on the Civic that could be related?
Have you checked the fuses & relays?
