Engine harness swap and Painless help.

Alright, I'm getting ready to do the wiring in my 91 hatch. I bought the car as a shell, nothing to it at all, no wires ran throughout the entire car. Running a Z6 swap, aluminum fabricated dash, and bare necessities to run on the street. I was planning on getting a 10 or 12 circuit Painless kit for wiring in lights, blinkers, etc... and I have a complete Z6 engine to ECU wire harness.

Not exactly sure how to run both the Painless and ECU harness. The Z6 harness has the plugs for the in-dash fuse box and its all tied into the ECU harness. Am I going to need to run both the Painless fuse box and the Z6 in-dash fuse box? I know I will need to run the under hood fuse box, I just don't really know what to do with the rest of it...

Hope this all makes sense... not really sure how to explain it.
