I have a b18 with b16 head. It is a turbocharged application. I'm wanting to know what I can deleted, or bypass to clean up the bay. I don't want to effect the The performance, or the reliability of the vehicle.

(For example, deleting the pcv system.)

throw away bypass and put on a small blow, more space, better sound)
