Engine making "metal" sound! Help!?

So i think this is the right place to post this. I need help with my 1995 Civic EX Coupe 1.6L Engine. Its making a sound like metal "tumbling." Not sure what it is. Heres a video showing the sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8zBZEycprA&feature=youtu.be

Sounds like piston slap to me.

Whatever it is it isnt good

Holy hell man!! Drop the oil pan and take a look. Sounds like a rod isn't even connected or something fell loose inside the motor. Take off the VC too and see if anything is bouncing around in there.

Will do. Thanks. it happened out of no where. i was at a stop sign and it just started making it. Luckily i was like 30seconds from my house...
