Engine Swap 95 civic

I have a 95 Honda civic DX 4 door, i want to put a new engine in it or tune it up. The only downside is that it is an automatic. I really dont know much of how to upgrade an auto

auto civic trannys cant hold much power so youll be severely limited my that. better off trading for a manual or swapping the auto to a manual, also swapping the engine or buying a turbo if you want to make more power

if you want to d0 a swap go head and do a matic to standard comversion because everything will pretty much be out. think if you did a b swap from a d all you need aside from the swap and its neccesitys is the pedals , lines, and clutch, from what i know. then again ive never done a b, k, or h swap...just the matic to standard conversion
