engine swap alarm problems

Hey guys I just got a b20 swapped into my ek hatch , and the alarm doesn't work , all the fuses are fine , and I also tried to program the remote but the head lights flash and that's it nothing happened, its a nustart alarm by the way , it seems like the unit is getting power its just not arming or locking my doors , all the help is greatly appreciated
