You would need ecu, transmission, shift linkage, drive axles, new motor mounts, new exhaust set-up( b16 down pipe is different than a SOHC CX civic. You may be able to use the old radiator from your cx. The more stuff the company includes stuff witht he engine, the better. Other than that, be prepared to have some minor set back such as new wireing harnesses, litte s**t liek that so be prepared to buy more stuff. And don't have some bum dude install it for you, I've hread so many stories about how they let their freinds or some "guy" do it and the whole engine falls out and something outrageous like that. Have some pro shop do it for you. I hope I have answered your question, i mean it was so vague, I could go on and on.
