Osaka has a terrible reputation. It might be ok if you deal with them directly though. I would never order something from them and have them ship it though.

Okay, is it illegal to have a JDM motor in Canada? And will it pass emissions? Because I orignally wanted a USDM 160HP B16A but all these other places like Osaka have the JDM 170HP one... HMMM

They are legal. And I dont know anywhere here in Canada that has emissions tests.
