It can be done, but it takes some work
Q: What do I need to convert my car to power windows/locks?
A: The following parts are necessary from a donor car like an EX or Si: door panels, switches, motors, regulators, 1 relay, and the floor harness. From the floor harness all you really need is the small green plug that goes on the back of the underdash fuse but it is not sold seperately. If you can get the plug it's a matter of making your own wiring harness to talk between the switches and motors, but it's not terrribly difficult. The locks are a more difficult affair with a lot of mechanics and wiring involved. Although it can be done I would always recommend an aftermarket alarm and door lock actuators. It'll save time, money, and headaches.
