Exhaust Problems

I Got A 2.25 Exhast That Was Made My A Muffer Shop From The Cat Back And I Got A Muffler As A Gift. My Exhaust Sounds Loud As Hell And Like s**t. I Was Looking For Some Advice To See What Muffler That I Should Go For Or What I Should Do To Fix It. Please Hlep Me Out.

Hmm...I would just buy an Apexi N1 or DC Sports cat back exhaust system.

try to find a universal baffle, that should take care of your problems

i'd say just throw back on the stock stuff. cause if you modify the exhaust it gets louder no matter what.

My advise would be for you to just get a whole new catback system. Save you time , problems ( for the most part ) , and money over all.

Just fidn a good muffler, i know DC has some good mufflers dont change the pipeing though.

Dont go out and spend more money on a exhaust system(new catback) thats going to give you almost the same hp numbers as your custom one is, not worth it in my book. Just have the exhaust shop install a resonator in it and it will calm the noise and take the raspieness out of it. Resonator and install should run you any where from 50-70 bucks...at least thats what I had to pay. They usually have three different sizes usually depending on how loud your exhaust is and how quiet you want it to be, longer the resonator the quieter it will be.
