Exhaust

Ok I don't have stock exhaust on my 95 civic hatchback, it's a straight pipe from engine to the tip 2" or 2 1/2" I m not sure what size tubing it is with no cat and just a random muffler on it with what I believe is like 3-4" tip I don't have a measuring tape but that just gets on my nerves specially when driving for long distances it's way too loud. Im looking for a silent sound what do u guys think is good? Someone had told me "oem tip" with a "catalytic converter from orileys" I was told they have universal ones for like70$

I know how you feel

Back when I had my 2001 EX coupe I had a guy at Midas make a straight pipe 2.25 from cat back to some cheap muffler that looked good and when I was on the highway the constant loud hum was numbing and annoying. I ended up buying a greddy Evo 2 and loved it. It sounded fantastic with my AEM SR and was quiet at a stop and not annoying on the highway. I your putting a cat back on and want a good system for cheap then I would get the Yonaka Catback for $249 that you see on your right =)

+1 for the yonaka. I have it on mine, still looks great even after a New England winter. the extension from the muffler to the tip however is a little rusty. No biggy for a $250 exhaust. I also drive about 800mi a week and the exhaust has very little drone at 80mph. I love it.

Yeah I bought my car like it is now and on the freeway its annoying and also in town it's too damn loud. But I have no cat currently wich means I have to buy a cat and also a yonaka muffler?

Get either yonaka or 2 1/2 exhaust with a resonator and megan exhaust with a silencer. . would look good and sound good
