extra parts

so i was changing my clutch and i have these extra
parts i know were the nut and bolt goes but the ruber things and the thing that im pointing at im not to sure?

can some one help? i included a link to find out were they go i think >.<

i think the thing im pointing at is 21?

nevermind i know what happend if fell off when i jacked up the car my sis boyfriend reminded me lol
