fan blows on 1,2 & 3 only wtf!

ok so my fan only blows on 1, 2, 3 and nothing on 4. but when the switch is in the off position it still blows a little air. AC doesn't work but i think that is a different problem. anyone have an answer?

sounds to me like the knob on the switch has shifted up a notch.
pull the knob of and re-install it IDK.

its a 94 it has a lever. do you think it would have moved inside the dash? i could see a knob slipping....to bad it's not a knob.

the reason air still comes through is because its just venting outside air through the vents. My 00' ex and my friends 00 si does it also. Its nothing bad. If it really bothers you that much, just hit the recirculate button and it will stop it. I like it in the winter because that way i dont have to have the heat on and its providing just enough hot air to keep me comfortable but not too warm. Summer = AC or windows down lol. 90% of time windows down though.

yeah. i just go with the redneck AC......WINDOWS CRANKED. but on the really warm days or when its raining out the AC makes it nice. any thoughts on Number 4 not working?

your "redneck AC" is actually the best way to do it, the ac gives you WAY worse gas mileage fyi. i always have my windows down.

it doesn't really hurt the gas milage too bad. the ac belt is moving anyways. the resistance caused by having the windows down probly has more of an effect
