fan control problems

my fan control nobs don't seem to work. it seems it's stuck in one position regardless of which button you push to control the output of air....

Make more effort by providing car information and a clearer description of the problem.

For example:

What year Corolla do you drive?

Blower motor or mode control issue?

when i try to change defroster to legs air vent control, they all seem to be stuck on one setting which is both...
i cannot change the direction of air flow because they seem to be stuck....
