Fan issue, blower motor resistor?

I have replaced the blower motor resistor and it did not fix the fact that the fan only works on high. I also checked all the fuses and the wires don't appear to be burnt.any ideas to fix this?

Your going to have to check the on/off speed switch to make sure it's not burned up and then if that's not the issue it's wiring. I'm currently in the same boat with my 02 accord and the blower resistor was 75$

I got a resistor for $25 on a discount and are you referring to fan speed switch?

Yes the fan speed switch on the dash is another common issue, if not that then it's a blown fuse/wire
