I have a quick question about how i drive. I have a habbit about feathering the gas when i take off in 5 and or 6 speeds. I feel like its more smoother, but anyways is it bad for the clutch/ and tranny to do? Ive heard people rant and rave about it i just didnt know what to confirm...can anyone help me out??

This question has opened a hole in the space time continuum... I'm so confused by the many possibilities of it's meanings my mind is blown right now...

Isnt that what all Ricers do? Every time I see one parking backwards they have to rev the car like 6 times while backing up.
I would assume what you are talking about would require you to slip the clutch. Slipping the clutch isn't good because the friction surface is dragging instead of locking together. At low Rpms it's not a huge deal but it will increase wear some.
