So I have 1989 civic sedan,dx. Bought sedan ex front fenders and bumper. I got the fenders on but the bumper doesnt line up with the fenders. Do they not fit on the DX? Are headlights the same fitting on dx and ex? Found some 1 piece headlights for an 1989, idk if they will work since my corners lights dont work on these fenders.

are you sure you are putting the bumper on correctly? the older style hondas have shitty bumpers to install

Well i only tried once, it looks the same. I plan to try again.

your gonna have to try and adjust the way you want it now this takes a lil time to get it aligned right

If I remember correctly, the EX was only 90-91 and there for is a different trim. The parts are interchangeable, however you need the bumper mounting brackets in order for them to line up correctly.
