hey all,
i finally got my car runnin today. i put in a d16a6 and was havin major problems but it is all done now. mad excited, cant wait to get it on the road. 88 dx w/16a6- hell yea

i can understand if the price was right, but your not really gaining much in power, and your actually losing torque, the dx makes more torque then the si, the torque is what get your ace going down the track, but how come .

the dx makes more torque? its still slower in a race though, by enough.

true, but still has more potential if you swap intake manifolds and give the dx multi port fuel injection, instead of dual point, which i have done.

ya im trying to find the WHOLE MPFI swap for my D15B2.. Alredy have all the aftermarket bolt ons possible.. I/H/E, plugs wires, new ground wires, advanced timing.. now i just need MPFI.. i herd with just these simple mods i could hit at least 15.99999 in the 1/4 mile this true?

the price was def right. it was 400 bucks. and i went with the si d16a6 because it has 9.11 compression. im going turbo. i might do a mini me swap on it too but for now i am very excited. i will post pics soon. thanks for the feed back

nice price, but for 400.00 or less you could've done a full sohc vtec motor swap.

yea i realized that afterward but my engine just blew up and my friends 4 door ex got rear ended so i bought it from him. oh well but im happy with it.
