Finally have a Civic :D

So my stupid Grand Am finally died, go figure. So I found a friend of a friend who was selling his standard 94 Cx on 17's...I jumped all over it. I got it for 800 bucks :D. It needs a good amount of bodywork (Western NY salt really did a number, only quarters and rockers though?) but nothing a few weekends and nights after work at my friends shop will take care of. I really couldn't be more happy. Hope to find some ideas and see what the world of the Civic has to offer.

Good grab! And welcome to the world of Civic ownership.

There's a LOT of parts, mods, and upgrades available for Civics, particularly for hatch owners.
Only bad that immediately comes to mind are..
1. guys trying to rev on ya while you're driving down the highway. People assume young guy in a Civic = RACER! Although for some guys, that's not such a bad thing
2. guys trying to steal your ride. Because there are so many parts out there for hatch owners, shady dudes may see your car as a rolling parts buffet for their own ride or a quick ebay sell. Keep it on lockdown!

I do have pics, but they are quite embarassing to be honest. The kid I got it from was like I'll get replacement quarters for it. Wait I don't have a welder. I'll just rivet them on. So it looks awful. I will post pictures tomorrow though if you'd like. I always lock my car, but I'll make sure to keep a good eye on it, thanks =)

Pics!...I hope it worked lol

Ok sorry guys, I've been working nonstop between the farm and restaurant, it got hectic but I'm back now lol. So here are some pics. Like I said..bodywork, bodywork and some more bodywork should do the job. I have already found a new passenger door I just had to do the research to see if a door off of a 95 coupe would fit my hatch. I have read it does, any comfirmation?
