fire in my headlights?!?!

was wondering how they'd look on my car so i wired up some city lights..i think they turned out pretty good..

Looks pimp man, i wanna do a DIY City LIght install on just the stock SI's, not sure how to go about doin it though. Did you do yours on just stock SI's or do you have the JDM lights?

these are just stock headlights with gunmetal housing..i just connected the power wire from the socket to the power and ground from the turn signal..theres a place on the stock headlight to place ur socket...im not really liking the way it is because it doesnt turn off when the low beams get turned on..i know there's a way to make it turn off..but the white over powers the amber/yellow city light anyway so i left it..

where'd you get the socket from man..? I'm thinking about doing this mod too when i go to clear out my headlights when my cousin comes over cuz we're gonna paint his rsx housing gunmetal. definitly do a write up if you can!

my fenders came with side markers that had dead bulbs so i just took the sockets from that because it took the same 194 bulb and just reused the sockets..thanks for the comments

to get the city lights to turn off when u turn on your headlights ground the city lights to the power of the headlights. it will ground the city lights when the headlights are off, but when they turn on the city lights will no longer have a ground and turn off.

so ground the black wire of the city light socket to the power of the main headlight?..so no ground? sorrie im confused..more info please..

when the headlights are turned off there is no power going through the power side of the headlights, so it acts as a ground. when u turn them on power runs through it. so the city lights will turn off since it will have no ground left. both wires leading to the city light will be +, and therefore will not flow electricty.

thanks..i'll try and take new pics tonite..the pics on top were just fake darkness..it was still bright outside so i just used my hands to cover the flash..i think it works better then natural darkness..but more pics today for sure
