First civic build

So I've done an integra a few years back. I mostly used parts I found in eBay and craigslist. Also used parts I found from friends and people around the area. I just bought a 1996 civic ex that I wanna do up nice and new. Thinking 2000 sir kinda stuff. Any suggestions on where to get the parts and a good place for a b16b motor?
