91 si hb w b18a1 swap
I just bought a 91 honda hb si w a b18b ls motor swapped into it. It drives really good, lots of torque! My last honda was a 95 gsr integra and it seems quicker but idk?? not in the higher speeds but def. 0-60. The motor has all new gaskets and swap seems to be done right. The first week i had it id get into it and not smell any oil, exaust, or that i just got done runnin the s**t out of it smell lol. Now im smellin that exaust smell when i get into it. It needs a new exaust and maybe o2 sensor(s)? The muffler on it now comes out the wrong side of the rear and its some rlly old fart can w fiberglass comin out at this point. Is that why my car smells like exaust when gettin on it? Th check engine light comes on occasionally but resets everytime i turn the car off and back on. Sometimes it wont comebak on for a couple days, others it comes on more than once a day. Its basically stock accept for a cold air intake and the fart can muffler which probly slows it down more than speedin it up, theres no back pressure. I wanna quiet exaust that still performs, maybe a stock 91 gsr exaust?? Its obd0 so its gotta be simple. Any advice or suggestions would be awesome... Thanks. The new guy.
