fog light fuse box

Hi everyone,

So I am having trouble figuring out the wiring for 1999 civic fog lights for the fuse box. I bought the Depo fog lights. I have everything else plugged in and ready to go but can not figure out where the last 2 connectors go. I have 2 brown connectors that go into the fuse box but I do not know where it goes. I've tired mixing and matching in the empty slots but nothing happens. Is it possible that the car itself has to be on? If anyone has any pictures that would help a lot.

The way mines are hooked up I have a brown connector connected to the fuse box and i have to turn the ignition on to turn on the fog lights. not sure why you have 2 brown connectors i only had one.

Ive googled around and saw that guide but it does not have the same wiring as the one I have. As for the 4 slots in the fuse box that I can put the brown connectors in, I am not sure what each slot means/does.
