Fog Light Question

So my ebay fogs don't work again. I'm sure a lot of you remember of my issues. It works from time to time. I checked the ground, it's wired directly to the battery and the interior switch lights up. The bulbs are brand new. I was looking at the plugs where it connects to the wiring and there is some green "corrosion" on the terminals. Do you think that would make them not light up at all? How do I clean them off?

CLR would probably clean them but I dont know how the plastic plugs would hold up or the wiring... should have bought OEM fogs, GL

Alright, I cleaned the terminals so they are good as new. NOTHING....... I'm like WTF? When I hit the interior switch I can hear the relay kick in. I double checked the fuse and it's still intact. Ok. It goes from battery -> fuse -> relay->lights->ground-> interior switch. I just can't think what could be the problem. Unless the wiring is somehow bad that is going to the fog lamps. And the bulbs are fine too. I'm giving up soon

maybe try getting a voltage meter. then you can test different areas on the wire to see if power is getting there or not
