ok i have a silver civic, i have 8000K HID's.........is it worth it to install foglights??? if so, what color???

There's no way you can look at that and think its ugly.

How are they useless...they are great for when driving in the fog, in adverse weather and its just night to have some extra lighting.

I think you should get foglights for your year civic....the square ones for 96-98 or the "oem" style for 99-00. Both of which you can find on eBay very easily. yellow lensed fogs look good on silver.

I personally love my foglights, they greatly helped with my night visibility (in adverse conditions mostly as stated above). I would recommend them to anyone that lives in a place that gets any sort of bad weather.

Get OEM with PIAA H3 Ion Crystal bulbs (yellow) . The lenses are clear (which I like better) and when the lights come on, bright ass yellow .

Genuine Honda OEM's only cost like $130-$140 shipped off www.handaaccessories.com.

fogs do serve a purpose. they light up the foreground and make it easier on the eyes at night. definately worth the money. and i think you should get blk housings.

killa civic, I personally would go with gunmetal I think it looks the cleanest and hell if ya don't like it you could always paint it. here's a pic of a silver civic with the gunmetal/yellow fog.

take off ur front bumper and look on the inside. their is a template where it shows u where to cut and the mounting holes are already there (atleast on 99-00 bumpers)
