fogs need to be BRIGHTER!!!

ok, so i finally got my fogs workin but they're not as bright as i'd like them to be. i see some peoples fogs that are bright as F#$&K!!! and i want that too and i hear people talkin about putting H3 bulbs in but does anyone have any idea of installing them? im told that you have to cut, splice, drill etc... if anyone can give me a play by play on how to "CORRECTLY" do this i'd appreciate it... thx in advance...

I have PIAA H3 Crystal Ion's in my OEM fog lights and I can drive with just them on at night . It's not extremely bright but they're pretty bright. Osram Silverstars are very bright as well.
