How hard would it be to build a 450 hp B16A engine. I know it is an open deck aluminum block because I had to replace the head gasket. Will the cylinders wobble around inside the block and is there a way to stop it? I have a 1989 Accord DX that has 447 hp at the wheels but it has a closed deck cast iron block with a bearing cap girdle. It also has 2 T-3 turbochargers and the intake tract pressure is 36 psi over atmospheric. (the head is very inefficient so it takes very high boost pressure to make any power). I also spent nearly $8000 on it. Would the B16A be as expensive.

Yes it will wobble, cast ductile iron sleeves will stabilize the cylinders
 for the oldschool accord
