Fresh new look....some night shot teaser pics

So some of you know I was in the middle of a make over the last few weeks....Well it got finished today, and thought I would do a photo shoot but it got a little too dark....but I managed to take a few shots (although dark and out of focus), so why not call it teaser pics....I will try to do a better shoot over the weekend if it isnt too rainy

So the makeover included
-replaced sideskirts with oem stock rocker panels
-replaced Z3 fenders with stock fenders
-replaced projectors with JDM head lamps
-front bumper (C-West style) replaced for stock bumper
-passwordJDM Carbon fiber front lip

other newer stuff I have installed
-OEM type R shift boot
-authentic mugen shift knob
-authentic mugen foot pedals
-authentic mugen plate bolts/plate locater (angled)
-oem audio console
-X3 C-pillar bar
-Blitz AC series Boost, and EGT gauge

the blitz gauges are hard! definately looks better. not a huge fan of the rear diffusers but it's all about the function i guess.

lol, dont get me started about the c-pillar....never shouldve bought that piece of s**t. The new look was something I have been wanting to do for a while....for one, I have had the body kits for about 6 years, and I am kinda over the whole exterior/body kit deal....and the CF lip/stock bumper thing is something I wanted for a while but never got off my ass to actualy do it....like buying a stock bumper and everything, but Im glad I did because I love the look of the car alot better. I also hope it looks a little more low-key than before, because the car got a little too much attention...Im hoping It wont get f**ked with as much, including s**t from the cops.

Also I am racing the car alot at the tracks, and the whole body kit thing just doesnt help....fitting jacks under the sideskirts for slicks (pain in the ass), bumper too big and low, thats why I decided on the stock rocker panels.

The wheels... Im kinda not really ready to give up my fondness for 17".....I have never owned a set of wheels smaller than 17's (except Si's and mesh)....and the bronze 5zigens I have now has grown on me alot....I know people would want me to throw on some rotas or some thing alike, but I would rather save my money and buy some Volks. But yea who knows, I often come across a lot of wheels for sale, and I might get some different ones soon.They gotta be bronze though 8) shieeeeeeeeeeeeet 8)

yea john, that sticker was for you...

the bumper is what you call "diffused"....Tom (my mechanic) does this to all his race cars, and I thought it would be kinda cool to do mine...Its a old trick for drag racers from back in the day...reduces drag, from when all the air gets caught in your rear bumper when you are going over an excess amount of speed. Ever see people drag race without a rear bumper...? Same thing. My car probably isnt fast enough for it to work, but oh well, it looks fast lol....
