Whats up everyone? New to this site...actually new to the JDM world....American muscle is my thing. Recently Just randomly decided to pick up a civic...grabbed me a 90 Si...got it for quite cheap. Ive been having some problems...Im gonna post more in a tech section but...the steering wheel shakes....you can hear it shake in the front end while it drives as well....everyone is telling me different things...took it to a mechanic today and he said it was the rack and pinion....but you can tell all the shake is from the front right side and the driver side appears to be fine...any one have any clue in what I can do?

There are bushings that isolate vibration, sounds like they are quite worn out. Replace the bushings and you will probably be fine.

I assume this is the case since it sounds like this happens all the time other than just driving.

Bushings would probably help but I bet it's the rack and pinion my gfs car had the same problem and that's what it was.
