Before you accuse someone you might want to make 100% sure they are the same person. Screen name matching doesn't count. My screen name is on over a dozen websites and have of them I have never been on.

Not saying this isn't the same guy, but you have no 100% viable proof yet other than a screen name and you are harassing. Which is against the rules.

Second I was just looking out for your people to make sure that if he starting selling his services that they knew about his character. Third he came forward and saying he is going to make it right.
