Now my front wheels the driver side wheel is close to the fender by my door on the passenger side is sits evenly spaced out so now the driver side has a bent lower controll arm and the passenger doesnt could this be why the drive side wheel is close to the fender or somthing else because the shop said "we wont to a alignment and put new tires on till thats fixed".so what do you guys think I think its the bent lower controll arm on the front driver side.

That would be called caster. Yes, sounds like something, possibly the lower control arm, is bent pretty badly. You'll need to inspect all your front suspension components VERY carefully and see exactly what is damaged and replace all that needs to be replaced. THEN you can get your alignment and new tires after it's all fixed.
