Fuel and Spark but wont start

I have a 92 civic ex that has good spark and fuel but won't fire. It is turning over just fine and I have replaced the following: fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, ignitor, coil, spark plugs and wires and still nothing... It has fired up a couple of times when I hold the throttle cable open but doesn't stay on. Maybe for one second. Any tips? Oh I also tested fuel pressure and compression and got good readings on both.

Any codes? Mechanical timing? There are like 15 other things that could be wrong.

What happened when it stopped running? What were you doing? Info like that would help.

I haven't checked the mechanical timing yet but I was just driving down the road and no sputtering or anything it just died and wouldn't roll start or anything.

Have you checked the timing belt at all?
