Fuel economy with a turbo or supercharger?

Like the title says which one's better for fuel economy?

Turbo..
Turbo works off the waste of the exhaust, supercharger uses power to make power.

itll be a difference of about 3-5mpg....turbo will have the higher mpg...since you wont be in boost as much.

My friends T-gsr is still getting 20-25MPG

They make Rice Cookers. I also have a rice cooker of that brand. I never knew they made bread makers. jdm all teh way.
