I have no reason to make this^ assumption.

Is the G101 ground on the thermostat housing connected and tight?

Have you checked fuses 44 and 13?

When you turn the key from off to ON(II), does the CEL remain on steady or turn off after 2 seconds?

You'll need to answer all questions.

When you turn the key from off to ON(II), does the CEL remain on steady or turn off after 2 seconds?
...and you can download the service manual for fuse box diagrams.

The CEL bulb is blown or has been removed. Install a working CEL bulb in the cluster. When you have the CEL working, then answer my question in quotes in post #4.
