I have a '96 Honda Civic converted to B20 with dictator. Just recently my car wouldnt start and the fuel pump isn't priming. What could this be? Fuel pump? Fuel pump relay? Dictator? Immobiliser? If it is the relay where do I find it and how do I fix it? My car is right hand drive.
