fuse box?

this is probably the dumbest question i have ever asked but i lost my damn fuse box cover for under the dash board. and my windshield whippers just stopped working some im thinking its the fuse but i can not figuer out witch fuse it is cuz i dont have the cover anymore =( sigh

my car is a 1994 civic coupe with power everything
