Gauge Cluster Problems

These are the problems in my 2000 Civic EX:
Gas gauge slowly climbs to full.
Temp gauge slowly climbe to red after car is on for about 2 minutes.
None of the lights work besides brake, check engine, etc.
Dash lights dont work.

I accidently crossed a + and a - when changinjg out my LED's and burned the circut board. I replaced the circut board with a new OEM one (yes. it is the correct one) and when I turned the car on this crap happened. I checked the fuses. Any suggestions?

im thinking, you should just buy a new cluster and start all over, you can find them for like 60 bucks and up on ebay

I just got a new circut board and I know the gauges work. I think its a bad negative maybe...?
