i want to get a new gauge cluster on my 98 EX, and i was told to get one out of an SI. so if i did that, would the speed read incorrect on the speedometer, and also, how would i hook it all up to my car?

Yes it works the same and its plug and play. Your rpm gauge will still read correctly but the Si cluster has a higher red line.

what about the odometer? how would i get it to match the miles on mine? and if i got a cluster from a 99 or 00 EX, would the redline be the same? thanks

Its illegal to change it, if caught it could land you in prison. I think the dealership could legally do it and they give you a receipt or something like that.
