Gauge Lighting Issue.....help the noob. :D

hey i picked up and 96 civic ex and it came with eurolite gauges, specifically the fuel, temp, mph, and tach gauges.

They are meant to glow blue but they dont seem to be hooked up. I have no idea and dont want to bother my boss at my garage with it.

Any help would be AMAZING!!!!

bump it up! some one help me with this. i want my gauges to actually be visable at night! lol
