Hi guys, I'm runing a Audiobahn monoblock with 2 12" Audiobahn and my car lights usually like dim or like low their intensity when my bass kicks hard. Th thing is a friend of mine todl me two buy an Audiobahn 1 farada capacitor and another told me that those capacitors didint work and to buy a Gell Battery; so I dont know. Please help me and advice me.

i would do both if you could any help to pull power of the alt would be good
neither is going to do a thing for you if you dont have an alternator to support the power. Adding caps or a battery to a dried up alternator is like putting a band aid on a severed jugular. You need to check out 4alterstart.com for a HO alternator. Once you have pulled that together than about 2 farads of capacitance should suffice.
