I've driven a few factory turbo cars, audi, GSX and the boost felt nice. but the cars were so heavy and luxurious that i dont think i got the "Full" boost experience. i was browsing in this section and makes me want boost. I already have probs w my NA motor but i wanted to ask wats it like? how dependable is it for DD? and im talkin about a mild turbo, mild setup. just wondering wat it was like on the other side of the hill. Thanks.

that and like wats the experience like? you know the saying,"boost and you'll never go back." thats wat i wanna know about. the debate between NA vs turbo and the turbo guys are 100% sure on boost.
I'm in love with feeling of a spooling turbo. At first you feel calm and in control, then you hear the whistle of the turbo and feel yourself gradually being pressed into your seat as a couple pounds get built. After that all hell breaks loose. Your RPM's shoot up and kiss the rev limiter a couple times as your tires squeal trying to hold onto the asphalt. Then you grab another gear and feel the full effect of boost when your tires aren't struggling for traction.

Boost is definitely a lot of fun and can be reliable with a healthy motor and reliable tune. I DD my turbo Civic every day of the week!
ahaha. thats wat im talking about. my buddy says my car is pussy because i can drive w one hand, he says try that in my car. he's got a boosted B series. i cant wait to try it out. thanks on the input.
Its beyond words if your making serious power. Almost done with mine and I'm running almost the exact same setup as my tuner. Rode in his and that's what made me decide to go boost. You feel the turbo starting to build pressure and then next thing you know your being pushed into the seat so hard you can barley sit up. Best feeling in the world when it comes to cars IMO. Plus you can still put around town without building boost making it easy to drive on surface streets.

boost is where its at man. been boosted for 2 years now and 3 different turbo setups. hehe. i keep wanting more!
when i get a better paying job, and all this bullshit is done w, ill have a boosted car. im young 19, so ill get a bike for speed for now anyways. my uncles has a rare celica thats AWD turbo. that s**t is nuts when it kicked in. spanks my brother GSR all the time. i think its the MR2 motor. not sure but its nice.
