GForce; Good or Bad?

Hello All,
While doing some on-line window shopping for my 2008 Civic Sedan I came across a web site that sells pre-programmed engine ECU chips. In my case GForce model # 105944 promises (about) 60 additional HP, 4 to 7 more MPG, 25% to 40% lower emissions, self installed for a price of $69. I've done a quick check of the company and they seem to be clean. Of course I realize that the performance figures can vary, but I haven't been able to find a company that either rents the programmers or will program the current chip. What do you think? Of course I'll check the company out further if I decide to buy, but I'm looking for that second more experienced opinion.

By the way, thanks to the person who suggested using suction cups to pull out dents. In fact I found a bag of assorted cups at at local hardware store with threaded holes on the top. I screwed in a brass adapter and attached that to a low volume suction pump. I placed a valve between the pump and the cup. I then placed a bit of oil on the bottom of the cup, and made sure the surface was warm. The dents came out with ease. The harder ones I'll take to a dent company.

Thanks,
TJ
