Good deal on this CF hood?

A guy is selling this cf hood for $40. The condition is kinda poor, but it it worth spending $40 on it?

Hell no. I know how to work fiberglass and carbon fiber and I still wouldn't buy that. There is too much material that needs to be replaced on that to make it worth the time, effort, and money it's going to take.

Thanks for your opinions guys. I guess I would pass in this deal then. I was gonna offer him 20 to see if he'd accept it, but I guess not.
