Good investment?

Found a rolling shell for a 93 civic ex JDM Right Hand Drive for sale in the area... I was thinking about getting it to drop a na B18c in it... not sure if this would be a good investment, I haven't seen any RHD civics around so any info on them would be a huge help!

If that's what you want, Get it. I'll never consider a honda an investment unless it's a NSX that you're going to store in a garage or maybe a type R

But are the rhd's even rare and is there a way of telling if it was factory rhd?
