Got a half built b16a2 head stock block now what

Ok so I got a b16a2 head with itr cams skunk2 intake mani 70mm TB skunk2 valve springs apr studs whale P**** intake hasport mounts. dont wanna forget to mention i got tien suspenion. A couple other things so this is what I wanna do take off the b16 block put a gsr block or b20 orrr LS.Which would be best. ima leave the b16 tranny and put LSD be alil faster off the hole

first b series Build so noobish you could say
And best ecu I heard get a virgin p28 and get it tuned from there idk
And any tips plz keep the negative out of this page
I also got a budget but I DO NOT WANT TO USE CHEAP PARTS CHEAP=unreliable
Also This will be my DD
I wanna reach 250 whp all motor but I wanna put NOS when I wanna reach 280-300 whp is the possible

250whp on a NA b series is sort of high..the 220 area i've seen done, never 250
heck, most NA k series don't even make it to 250
