Got my injectors, now what?

Alright guys I got my injectors in today and put them in. When I went for a ride in my car the idle was low and when I would step on the gas it would sort of miss like if to much gas was going in, my buddy was in back of me and said that my car was blowing black smoke and it never does. So I think it is running to rich and I don't have a wideband. Before it just had a high pressure fuel regulator set to send more pressure and fuel to the stock injectors. Could it be that the pressure regulator is set to high with the 370cc injectors and I need to set it to a lower pressure setting? And if I do how to I adjust my fuel pressure regulator?

the injectors are staying open for too long... you have to reduce their duty cycle.... and you can do that by chipping the ecu. and to adjust your fuel pressure regulator, loosen the lock nut and i believe you turn the bolt counterclockwise. but to make sure just watch your fuel pressure as you are turning it. once you have it where you want it, tighten the nut back down.

But will adjusting the regulator help out or the only way to fix this is to chip my ecu?
Your gonna need some form of fuel managment

hondata
uberdata
e-manage
vafc
greddy black box
etc.etc

anything fixing the problem that doesn't allow for tunning should be banned and strikken from your mind ;)

I'm pretty sure a FPR would indeed work.

But yes, I do agree, that the proper way is tuning the ECU.

either invest in a wideband og buy someone lunch to help cause chipping costs like $20 and a extra chip is like $6 that is the only real way to know dont guess cause that is how s**t breaks
