I finaly got my turbo kit delivered last week. It's going to be instaled on tuesday June 1st. It's the basic Greddy 19T kit (5.5psi). It comes with emanage and 310 injectors but it dosent have BOV or a FMIC. So my question is ONLY to owners of greddy civic's that drive on the basic kit. I want to know if my engine will overheat alot on the stock kit, before i'll get FMIC????????? :???:

i dont have the kit. but i do know that you wont overheat. i had a friend running 9psi from a t25 non intercooled on a d series, it ran fine. but i wouldnt put it on til you get a intercooler of some sort. a bov is more a precaution thing. its not NEEDED but its a good thing to have.

damn this greddy kit is really popular... in about 2 weeks i'm ordering mine but i am getting the package that comes with the intercooler and BOV... how much did you pay for your kit?.. if i were you i'd be on the safe side and not install it until you get the intercooler b/c its a little less risky however people on there are a lot of people on turbod16 that have ran that without an intercooler for a long time i'd say becareful on the highway going about 90 with the rpm's really high

^^^ he can bring the rpms up as much as he wants, as long as he doesnt floor it the whole time he wont be in boost. its called throttle control. if you have a turbo car, you can lightly press the gas pedal and gain speed w/o being in boost...
