greddy kit on type r

So here is the set up, i just got a greddy kit for next to nothing, but ive been building a type r block for a year now. So will the higher compressin of the type r be good to go fo up to 8 psi or so? Or am i better off getting new slugs for the block and go 9.2:1? any help would be great, thx

Build your block for your needs. With a turbo i would go with lower comp. Those type r slugs are made for NA. You could probally do it with only 8psi but its harder to tune and your more prone to detonation and kaboom.

yeah i decided to go na with the ek and build something up for later. I just got a 93 integra..... might find its way into there. thx for the reply
