greddy turbo timer + viper alarm???

so i have a greddy turbo timer and a viper alarm and i was wondering how its going to work. will i be able to arm my car while my car is running? anyone have this same set up??

yep..you should be able to. turbo timers are supposed to work in conjunction with your car alarm...otherwise they're useless. the harness you hook up should be able to bypass the car alarm and you should be able to arm it while the car's still running.

depending on the viper alarm you have, it should come with a turbo timer built in, just gotta wire it up with a relay and s**t. if you dont wanna go through the trouble, you can always set the unit to passive locking, so once the car shuts off, it will lock itself. thats what i do to all the evo's and sti's i work on, just for incase.
